Research study exploring the brain regions people use to remember information
YOUTH WITH ADHD AND HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Researchers at Mount Sinai School of Medicine are looking for healthy boys and girls, and boys and girls with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) between the ages of 9 and 15 to participate in a study exploring the brain regions people use to remember information. This study consists of one to two visits to the medical center where participants will complete a series of psychological assessments, a computer memory task, and then will undergo a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) brain scan. Reimbursement will be provided for both testing sessions.
