An animated, interactive, learning journey through three environmental topics, the Ozone Layer, the Greenhouse Effect and Acid Rain. After each topic there is a multiple choice quiz about the presentation you have just seen.
On the first screen choose from one of the three topics by clicking on either The Ozone Layer, Greenhouse Effect or Acid Rain. In each of these topics you are led through a simple animated journey describing the processes involved and giving extra information on the likely effects in the longer term. You control the speed of the journey through each topic by clicking on the Next button when it appears in a text information box giving details about that particular part of the process. In each of these boxes is also a Copy button, allowing you to copy the text and paste it into a text file, word processor document, web page etc.
At the end of each topic there is a 10 question multiple choice quiz based on the information in the previous presentation. The correct answer to each question is contained in one of three buttons below the question. A certificate is presented at the end of each quiz.
One extra tip you might find useful is that a number of my programs have a certificate print out facility like GEI and this is of course popular with children. You can get a free program to make those certifcates into a pdf file instead of printing them out and using a lot of paper and ink or indeed if you don't have a printer. You can find the free pdf program at www.dopdf.com and during the installation it asks if you want to set it as your default printer. It is not my program and I don't have anything to do with the company that makes it but I use it myself to save on paper.
