The audio version of this wonderful self help book for adults. A great boost to self-esteem giving moral support, information and coping ideas for many of the problems faced by adults. This book makes you feel less alone with personal experiences adding to the overall effect of the book. You don't need to read from cover to cover to get the advice and help required, this book enables you to dip into sections for what you need when you need it. The humour in which certain situations are presented makes this book a really good and helpful read.
