The idea came from a parent on the Forum Boards in a post titled "nice people". In the post several people mentioned how nice it would be to have some kind of award for understanding members of the public who go out of their way to be nice/helpful to us or our Adders. We have therefore produced the card below (background may vary) which is the size of a business card. It can be carried around easily in a purse or wallet and given to someone who maybe went out of their way to make life a bit easier.

Size increased for easy viewing. Actual size is approximately that of a business card.
